HostAvenue's Step by Step Strategy
1.Evaluation
- The process begins by evaluating the previous and current marketing
strategies utilized.
- Interviews are done with each Department Head to determine the
best positioning statement and branding statement for the Company.
- All Promotion avenues (Print, TV, Public Relations, Sponsorship,
etc.) are researched and analyzed.
2.Strategy Development
- Next, this research is used to develop the marketing strategy
step by step. Budgets are finalized, campaign ideas are submitted
and approved, promotional avenues are selected.
3.Campaign Creation
- Each campaign is then created via the design of print ads, writing
of press releases, even and seminar organization, etc.
4.Implementation
- The campaigns are implemented. Ads are placed, events and seminars

Why Market Your Company
A. The Internet Has Changed The Rules:
There are very few truisms anymore in today's highly competitive
industry. The Internet has had a tremendous impact in redefining
virtually every aspect of how we do business-from how a business
is marketed to how individuals find, evaluate, and select their
buying decisions.
Likewise, it is no longer a sure thing that the company with the
longest history and best name recognition has the overpowering advantage.
Companies barely 10 years old such as AOL, are able to buy out (for
$183 Billion) companies such as Time Warner, the largest and one
of the oldest media conglomerates in the country.
B. The Pluses & Minuses Of Name Recognition:
Although name recognition is important, this awareness alone will
not guarantee the continue success of the Company. Just ask companies
such as Montgomery Ward, Braniff Airlines, and Atari to name a few.
They were all obliterated by their then lesser known competitors
through better products or services and more aggressive marketing
strategies.
For fast moving industries such as Business and High Tech, these
potent strategies make the difference between first place (survival)
and obsolescence. It is not even a guarantee that the companies
offering the best product or service (or the perceived best) will
win out over those that aren't as good (can we all say "Betamax"?)
Brand name companys are called to the table more often based on
their recognition and presumption of quality-but that doesn't mean
the work they eventually get will remain with them.
The challenge facing larger companys is competing with companys
younger, more aggressive, and less expensive than they are. These
companys may initially lack some of the name recognition and reputation
on a Company level, but are generally perceived as more responsive
and in touch with the times.
To summarize, the main disadvantages of name recognition are that
larger, older, more known companys are often perceived as too expensive,
less aggressive, and not in tune with today's rapidly changing environment.
Why HostAvenueT ?
As a full service ad agency, we have worked with some of the largest
companys in the United States. From web site design, marketing,
and public relations, we have the experience and knowledge of what
works and what doesn't work in marketing a company.
This experience allows us to objectively make recommendations on
budgets, promotional avenues, and marketing strategies. Hiring HostAvenueT
to service all of these marketing needs becomes much more cost-effective
than outsourcing many of our diverse services to different entities.
Even companys with in-house marketing departments are outsourcing
like never before. A more diverse talent base is immediately obtained
through hiring an entire company instead of relying on just one
